The Plastic Surgery Institute of San Francisco is ideally located in San Francisco’s world-famous Castro District on the Davies Campus of California Pacific Medical Center. Our location is easily accessible by the South Bay cities like San Jose and San Mateo, North Bay cities like Tiburon, Napa, and Sonoma, and East Bay cities like Berkeley, Oakland, and Walnut Creek. Our location and Interstate 80 and Highway 101, as well as public transportation such as Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) and Municipal Railway (MUNI) throughout the city of San Francisco, make our office easy to find.

Guidelines

  • New patients should arrive approximately 15 minutes before their initial consultation to complete a client questionnaire that will inquire about past health history, your cosmetic interests, and possible medication allergies.
  • A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment.
  • All non-surgical and skin care appointments will be charged 50% of the service fee to all “no-show” appointments which includes canceling an appointment within the required 24-hour notification period; additionally, missed consultations will result in a $75 charge.
  • As a courtesy to our guests, please silence all mobile devices and refrain from using them during your office visit.

Financial Options

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Another option our office provides is a financing program through Care Credit. Care Credit is a personal line of credit for healthcare treatments that can be used multiple times just like a credit card, based on credit limit and approval.
